Week 2 (Group development, Conflict resolution, Inception Deck)

Moving on to our inception deck, we had to plan the project. Introducing the team and state the details of the project. The inception deck is basically to help the entire team align our ideas and goals while also setting an expectation as a whole. To be able to complete a project, we need to work as a team and our individual work has to complement each other. The inception deck states the features that we have in mind for NAV X but we are only going to focus on a few each sprint to better split up the work. Our target audience is anyone who comes to NP, regardless of whether they are students or visitors or lecturers. When doing the inception deck, we had faced some problems because since this is still a school project, we have no budget and hence is unable to give an estimate of how much we need to complete the application. However we will still try our very best to be able to produce the best that we can.

We had also learnt that conflict resolving within a team is very important, I would like to emphasize on transparency and encourage all my team members to share how they feel. It is through this then we can understand each other better and know what they are thinking, if they are feeling sad, worried, demoralized or happy with everything.
